All whole house rental rates between June & Sept  include taxes, 2 golf carts, Bed/Bath linens also available for your use.

We provide a complete departure inspection which includes sanitizing of kitchens and bathrooms and if you leave the home as it was when you arrived, you will not be charged a cleaning fee.

$750 SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED ON ALL FULL HOUSE RENTALS

MONTHLY RENTAL INFO OPTIONS ARE 2, 3, OR 5 BEDROOM:

JAN - MAR Downstairs 2BR & 1.5 Bath Sleeps 8+,  $1150 month X 3 months, $1100/mth X 4, $1050/mth x 5 

JAN - MAR Upstairs 3BR & 3 Bath Sleeps 12+, $1350/month X 3 months, $1300/mnth X 4, $1250/mth X 5

JAN - MAR Complete 5BR & 4.5 Bath Sleeps 23, $2400/month X 3 months, $2300/mnth X 4, $2200/mth X 5

LONGER STAYS ARE NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON LENGTH OF STAY AND AMOUNT OF HOUSE REQUIRED
